About me
I’m Resj Hamid, a personal trainer, muscle and massage therapist with over 8 years of experience in fitness and health.
I run my private practice at Studio Jobbsprek, Aker Brygge in Oslo, combining personal training, massage therapy and ongoing follow-up.
Most of my clients are executives and professionals who lead fast-paced lives, carrying significant responsibilities and set high expectations for themselves. They are used to prioritising performance, while their own physical wellbeing and recovery often receive less attention.
My approach takes their everyday lives into account, making our work together relevant and practical.
For me, a good working relationship begins with listening. I want to understand what you hope to achieve, how your body feels, and how much time and energy you realistically have.
From there, we tailor your training, treatment and ongoing support to you.
My background includes personal training qualifications from AFPT, as well as University of Agder (UiA) and studies in massage therapy at the Institute of Holistic Medicine in Norway, Oslo.
Through the Academy of Personal Training (AFPT), I also have specialized in nutritional composition by completing the “Fat from A to Z” (Fett fra A-Å) courses, levels 1 and 2. As well as a completed course on “Exercise During Menopause” offered by Inspartum.
Before establishing my current work in Oslo, I worked in Kristiansand and contributed to the early development of Trener1 Fagerholt as a co-owner.
Through my work, I have built more than 450+ client relationships – experience that has taught me the value of trust, consistency and personal attention.
Today, I work with individuals and businesses in Oslo, online and abroad. As co-owner of TRS Retreats alongside my business and live partner, I develop tailored experiences that make space for movement, recovery and performance.
Whether you’re looking for ongoing support, a programme for your team or a retreat, the starting point is the same: understanding what you need and finding the right way to work together.
